Greetings,
I would like to use update-exim4.conf to test potential configurations
using a source directory other than /etc/exim4. /etc/exim4 is hard-coded
into update-exim4.conf with no command-line option to use an alternate
directory. It should be straight-forward to add an option to accept an
alternate directory path to use for sourcing the "small files" for
configuration.
Is this a useful enhancement or is there another best practice for
developing exim4 configuration changes on debian?
